As an artist, Stefan Vogel uses most different media, techniques, and formats. In his drawings, paintings, collages, and installations minimalism meet expression, abstraction and concrete poetry as well as Readymade and conceptual strategies. In his show Brutstätten und andere Schwärmereien Stefan Vogel investigates the myth of the “artist’s studio” as a nucleus for artistic practice.
